And another thing. This is just an informal easy to communicate without a stamp or envelope sort of thing. Kinda like if we got together to brainstorm in the family room, so feel free to share your thoughts. Welcome to the Raymond Central Public School "
WE CAN DO IT" social network and public forum website. I created this site to share information about improvements needed at our high school site and for input on what folks would like to see done. Also as a convenient place for public comment on the proposed improvements. It's a place for the Good, Bad and Ugly. I believe with good communication and open exchange of ideas and information we can accomplish our goal of making Raymond Central the BEST high school in the area. I know I can make a difference, and you can too.

I came up with the "we can do it" slogan from the "we can do better" line from last years failed bond issue. At the time I had no idea it was the line used for "Rosie the Riveter" posters from world war II. Rosie represents the millions of women that worked on the production lines in factories to build equipment for the war effort while their husbands went off to fight for their country. I still think it fits here, if you have a better idea let me know. What I was thinking was We, meaning the entire school district 161 community can work together to improve our school facilities for the benefit of everyone. We will need to carefully plan for our present and future needs, educate the voters, and pass a bond to finance the cost. Friends I believe together
WE CAN DO IT. Maybe 'Git er Done' would be better ;) I would like to point out the site is not affiliated or controlled by anyone connected with the school district. It was created by Eldon McFarling a long time district resident as a repository for information and as a open forum for public comment. Comments posted will not be moderated, altered or deleted unless the content is profane or otherwise inappropriate. Please be polite and civil when posting. Anyone posting inappropriate material will be banned. Please chose your words carefully so they can have a positive impact on the future of our school district.
